Week-in-review class is a great opportunity for students to catch up on what they may have missed during the week. It will cover main topics, techniques, and concepts shown in all-levels classes (Tuesday am/Wednesday pm/Friday pm).

The program goal is to

  • Develop student’s repertoire of attacks, defensive techniques, and escapes from every position
  • Teach core concepts and ideas of jiu jitsu


  • Beginner and fundamental jiu jitsu techniques
  • Overview of all positions and situations
  • Positional, situational and live sparring
  • Mobility and agility drills
  • Body weight exercises
  • Question & Answer sessions
