Week-in-review class is a great opportunity for students to catch up on what they may have missed during the week. It will cover main topics, techniques, and concepts shown in all-levels classes (Tuesday am/Wednesday pm/Friday pm).
The program goal is to
- Develop student’s repertoire of attacks, defensive techniques, and escapes from every position
- Teach core concepts and ideas of jiu jitsu

- Beginner and fundamental jiu jitsu techniques
- Overview of all positions and situations
- Positional, situational and live sparring
- Mobility and agility drills
- Body weight exercises
- Question & Answer sessions
