Who Are We?
Welcome to 360 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), the Milwaukee Area’s Premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy. The goal at 360 is to create a family and share our passion with anyone interested in learning what many consider the most effective martial art ever created. BJJ is great for anyone, whether your goal is to learn self-defense, compete, reduce stress, build confidence, or get in phenomenal shape while having fun.
Our brand of Jiu-Jitsu offers a unique and dynamic approach that combines modern Jiu-Jitsu with traditional aspects of the art. We promise that you will receive high-quality instruction in a challenging yet friendly training environment. Our mission is to equip our students with a comprehensive understanding of each area of Jiu-Jitsu, enabling them to become better individuals both on and off the mat. Our members are learning how to incorporate fitness and martial arts into a healthier lifestyle.

Our Lineage
Rodrigo "Comprido" Medeiros began training in Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 16. His nickname "Comprido" is Portuguese for "long", which is a reference to his tall stature. Rodrigo received his black belt from Rolls Gracie student Romero "Jacare" Calvalcanti and Fernando "Magrao" Gurgel. Rodrigo is one of the founding members of Team Brasa and one of the most decorated black belts in the history of the sport. His titles include: 7x BJJ World Champion and 2x open-weight World Champion in the adult division (one of a small handful who share this honor). Today, Comprido is one of the most sought-after BJJ coaches in the world. He has trained countless Pan American and World Champions, in addition to UFC stars such as Brock Lesnar and Damien Maia. He is well-known for being a strategist and having one of the best minds in the industry. Comprido currently resides in the Chicago area, where he teaches at his academy, Comprido Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Since opening in 2009, we have become a leader in the BJJ community in both the Milwaukee area and the state of Wisconsin.
